In a 25-minute video posted on militant Web sites, Adam Gadahn described Maj. Nidal Hasan as a pioneer who should serve as a role model for other Muslims, especially those serving Western militaries.

"Brother Nidal is the ideal role-model for every repentant Muslim in the armies of the unbelievers and apostate regimes," he said.

Christian Girl to Stay with Foster Family For Now

A Florida judge ruled Thursday that 17-year-old Rifqa Bary can stay in Orlando until further notice, but it appears the case is headed for trial.

In July, Bary fled to Florida to escape what she says would be certain death, after her Muslim parents found out she became a Christian.

She looked relaxed and confident as she entered the Orlando courtroom with her attorneys on Thursday.  Her parents also joined the hearing by telephone. 

Many things went her way. A motion to dismiss her lawyer was denied and she does not have to return to Ohio for now. But her father's attorney, Shayan Elahi, hopes that will change.   

"The main issue today is, where should this happen?," Elahi asked. "Here or in Ohio?  She's from Ohio. The allegations are from Ohio. The evidence is from Ohio."  

Halfway through the hearing, Bary became emotional when Elahi told the court she should not be allowed to see Pastor Blake Lorenz and his wife Beverly of the Global Revolution Church in Orlando.

The Orlando couple took in Bary after she fled Ohio in fear for her life.  Her parents claim the Lorenz's brainwashed their child. But friends of Bary said that is impossible, because she had already been a Christian for four years, but she in fact fled in fear for her life.  

"As Mohammad the prophet of Islam said, 'If any one changes religion, kill him,'" said Robert Spencer, expert on Islamic terrorism.   

The debate about Islam became heated outside the courtroom.  But Elahi said this case is not about religion.  

"Mr. John Stemberger wants it to be about religion, that is his position," Elahi said. "We don't agree with that. This is about parental control."  

But Bary was not without supporters. A group of young people traveled 15 hours from Kentucky to attend the hearing - even though they do not know her.  

"There's just a connection between our experiences. She had to leave her family for her faith, and I did the same thing," said supporter Greg Mielke. "I had to leave my family because I stood up for what God's Word says."   

"I saw her YouTube video online and we just had a burden placed on our hearts to come out and support her and pray for her," said Jessica Wolff, another supporter.   

Circuit Judge Dan Dawson sealed a police report for 10 days that looked into Bary's family and home life in Ohio. 

He also issued a gag order prohibiting attorneys from talking to the media.

While the judge ordered the case back to mediation, it appears to be headed for trial. If no deal is reached, the judge will hear testimony and decide whether Bary should be returned to Ohio.

The judge set a pretrial hearing for Sept. 29.

Al Qaeda-Linked American Terrorist Unveiled, as Charges Await Him in U.S.

A week after the 9/11 attacks, a young Muslim at South Alabama University told the school's newspaper it was "difficult to believe a Muslim could have done this."

Now, eight years later, he is professing to launch attacks himself and calling on others to join the fight, as terror-related charges await him at home in Alabama, FOX News has learned exclusively.

Abu Mansour al-Amriki — or "The American" — has become one of the most recognizable and outspoken voices of terrorist propaganda.

He has been in war-torn Somalia for several years, fighting the secular government there with a group known as al-Shabaab, which has ties to Al Qaeda and was labeled a terrorist organization by the U.S. government last year. Only recently has he taken on a starring — and jarring — role in al-Shabaab's outreach efforts.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been looking into him for several years. In fact, a grand jury in Mobile, Ala., has already indicted him on charges of providing material support to terrorists, a source said. It's unclear when the indictment was filed.

Al-Amriki first surfaced in October 2007, when Al-Jazeera TV aired a report about the "common goal" of Al Qaeda and hard-line militants in Somalia. The report described al-Amriki as "a fighter" and "military instructor," but he concealed his face with a cloth wrap throughout the report.

An Ohio teen who ran away to Florida in fear of her family after converting from Islam to Christianity will be allowed to stay in the state for now.

A Florida judge ruled, Friday, that 17-year-old Rifqa Bary can stay in foster care there until another hearing on her case is held Sept. 3.

Bary says that if she's forced to return to her family in Ohio, she could be the victim of an honor killing, and if she's sent back to her native country of Sri Lanka she could face abuse and death as an infidel.

"This is just not some threat," the 17-year-old warned with tears in her eyes. "This is truth.This is reality."

Ayatollah Sees Global Islamic "Mahdi" Army

Calls for Muslim nations to unite militarily under messianic figure

WASHINGTON – Iran's Ayatollah Khamenei yesterday called on Muslim nations around the world to unite militarily in response to the imminent coming of Islam's messianic savior – the Mahdi.

Khamenei, through his spokesman Ali Saeedi, specifically beckoned the nations of Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan and Afghanistan to join together with Iran in preparation for the Mahdi's soon coming.

The purpose of uniting now, a report in Al Arabiya explained, is to fight Israel and the U.S. – seen as the two greatest obstacles to the coming of the Mahdi and the age of Islamic "justice" that would ensue.

"We have to train honest forces that can stop the obstacles that may hinder the coming of the Mahdi like the United States and Israel," Saeedi stated. Saeedi also emphasized that the Iranian revolutionary guard possessed a special religious authority to prepare the way for the Mahdi.

Three Pastors Kidnapped, Beheaded in Nigeria

Unspeakable brutality that reminds us that the hostages we pray for are not only the victims of pirates but of political and religious terrorists with no regard for human life. Via Jihad Watch:

One of the victims of last week’s attack by the Yusufiya sect in Borno State has given a shocking account of how the Islamic extremists killed three pastors who were captured along with other victims on the second day of the insurgence. The victim was among those held hostage in Yusuf’s enclave.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Sun in Maiduguri, the eye witness who preferred anonymity disclosed that the three pastors were beheaded on the instruction of the sect leader, Mohammed Yusuf shortly after bringing them out of his inner chamber.

“The pastors alongside one Ibo man were asked to change their faith to Islam like they did to other people taken as hostages. I think there was an argument by one of the pastors which gave the others some level of confidence to also resist accepting Islam.

“The Yusufiya men who were armed on that Tuesday afternoon were not comfortable with the pastors and they took one of them to the sect leader in his inner chamber. They came out later to the courtyard within the compound and cut their heads one after the other and thereafter, shouted allah akbar in wild celebration accompanied with several gun shots,” the eye witness disclosed.

The article goes on to describe how Pastor George Orjih preached the love of Christ to his murderers up to the moment he was beheaded. While we mourn his loss, and the loss of the other two pastors who refused to convert, we can only give thanks for their courageous witness and take comfort in the knowledge that they have entered into an eternity with their Savior where there is no more suffering and fear.

The article does not say what happened to the other 50 hostages who were kidnapped at the same time. Boko Haram leader Mohammed Yusef, however, was killed by Nigerian police after being captured earlier this week.

Islamic Supremacist Group Holds First U.S. Conference

A group committed to establishing an international Islamic empire and reportedly linked to Al Qaeda is stepping up its Western recruitment efforts by holding its first official conference in the U.S.

Hizb ut-Tahrir is a global Sunni network with reported ties to confessed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Al Qaeda in Iraq's onetime leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. It has operated discreetly in the U.S. for decades.

Now, it is coming out of the shadows and openly hosting a July 19 conference entitled, "The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam," at a posh Hilton hotel in a suburb of Chicago.

Hizb ut-Tahrir insists that it does not engage in terrorism, and it is not recognized by the State Department as a known terror group.

But some terrorism experts say it may be even more dangerous than many groups that are on the terror list.

Blue Collar Republican has tracked down some interesting connections between a mosque in Memphis and Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, who is accused of shooting two U.S. military personnel in Arkansas last week. In doing so, it became clear that Memphis may be linked to a pattern of anti-American and pro-Jihad activities.

Even more disturbing, Attorney General Eric Holder has singled out Muslim-Americans for specific -- and perhaps preferential -- treatment when it comes to law enforcement and domestic counterterrorism operations. On June 4, the DOJ website published this missive:
